Faster screens, redesigned invoicing

A major rebuild of the payroll, invoicing, client, and reporting screens for a faster, more responsive experience, plus a cleaner way to see exactly what changed on an invoice.

  • Redesigned invoicing. A revamped invoice list and toolbar, multi-select client and provider filters, and per-invoice bill-from / bill-to overrides you can edit inline.
  • Plain-English invoice change log. A dedicated section on each invoice showing what changed and when, written in plain language.
  • Rebuilt for speed. Payroll, invoicing, client, and reporting screens were rebuilt on a faster, more responsive foundation.
  • Smarter contract editing. Unsaved-changes warnings, clearer status colors, and safeguards around cancelling or deleting a contract.
  • Recruiter & Account Manager columns. Add recruiter and account-manager columns to the contract list, with sorting.
  • More report insights. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI summaries added to nine more reports, plus a weekly admin digest email with gross-margin and year-over-year figures.
  • Search on mobile. Global search now works on mobile across both the timesheet and billing apps.
